Agreement

Purchasing any products from “Jewelry Creative” (the “Seller”), you (the “Buyer”) are agreed to the following:

1. Within the limits of this Agreement, product model recognized as a jewelry design (product image corresponding to the definite article);
2. Buyer orders jewelry through catalog and sends it to the Seller;
3. Seller Representative has to notify the Buyer on the receipt of the order, agrees with the Buyer on completeness, cost and additional parameters of the ordered goods. Seller Representative as well has to complement and ensure the delivery of the order to the Buyer within 5-30 business days (*), depending on the location of the Buyer.
4. Seller has to supply the order according to the received request, in amount, prices and terms agreed between a representative of the Seller and the Buyer.
5. Weight of products, as well as the weight, quantity and size of inserts in the product may differ due to the peculiarities of the process of jewelry production.
6. All information provided by the Buyer to the Seller should not be transferred for review and / or use of any third party, except only if the written permission was given by  the Buyer.

(*) – Delivery time is determined individually for each order depending on the availability of the goods in the warehouse of the Seller and the delivery conditions.
